Effective April 6 at 11:59 p.m., the Alberta government announced the province is moving back into Step 1 of COVID-19 restrictions. For massage therapists, restrictions remain unchanged. Health, social and professional services can open by appointment only as long as public health orders and sector guidance is followed. Appointments should be limited to one-on-one services. A a prescription or referral is no longer required.
